Sampling & Commissioning: Conducting sampling, commissioning, and optimizing new tools and production equipment within the APQP process
Process Optimization: Developing and optimizing injection molding parameters for silicone and multi-component parts up to series production readiness
Quality Assurance: Implementing and monitoring quality characteristics in the production and sampling process • Project Support: Contributing to defining technical parameters for new customer projects from the quotation phase to series production readiness
Supplier Management: Creating specifications and coordinating and supporting suppliers and service providers
Training & Documentation: Creating technical specifications and conducting training courses in injection molding, process technology, and tooling
Education: Completed vocational training as a plastics processing technician or plastics technician; technical training is desirable
Experience: Several years of professional experience in plastics, silicone, and multi-component injection molding
Expertise: Very good knowledge of the material properties and processing methods of silicone and plastics • Standards knowledge: Understanding of tooling technology and basic knowledge of TS 16949
Work style: Process-oriented, structured, and assertive approach
Skills: Teamwork, problem-solving skills, methodological competence, and good MS Office and English skills
