IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a Production Engineer Intern working in Category Natural Fiber- Supply Area South East Asia

Scope of assignment

Under Business Development Manager and Product Engineer’s observation and support:

  • Quality Data analysis to support engineering:
    • Work as Production Engineer Intern to support the development of systematic and efficient ways to check and secure compliance, production process and Automation examples in Natural Fiber industrial.
    • New Product samples order and follow up to have the right product samples delivered on time, ensure smooth communication among all parties involved (CAT & DEVC/ Range Areas).
    • Support Engineer to running simulation for product improvement.
  • Visualize manufacturing process library supporting learning purpose and product development phase:
    • Build product development library so we can regain the knowledge in coming development.
    • Support to build Product development guide for Natural Fiber

Key deliverables

  • Successful support to build the visualization on manufacturing process library in Natural Fiber and weaving technique
  • Production process and automation which can apply to Natural Fiber, focus on Handcraft Segment

Qualifications

  • 3rd or last year student with Internship Recommendation letter from their University.
  • Engineer or Economic study is preferred.
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Strong Leadership (proactive and driven attitude)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analysis skill and Power BI
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork.
