This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the shop floor—leading production teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work cross‑functionally with planning, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen performance, and support sustainable growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Champion a zero‑accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets
Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals
Ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality output across assigned lines
Analyze production data and drive performance improvements
Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives
Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues
Guide, motivate, and develop production team members
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
Production and material planning experience
Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems
