About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in improving our manufacturing operations by optimizing processes, solving production challenges, and supporting the continuous development of our production environment. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both day-to-day operations and long-term improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve process stability.
Ensure production processes comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, sourcing, and operations to support new products and process improvements.
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative production environment.
Qualifications
We believe you have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent practical experience with a proven track record may also be considered.
Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, quality, and operational performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A willingness to work hands-on in the production environment.
Professional proficiency in English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
It is considered a strong advantage if you also have experience with:
Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
Production test systems and troubleshooting of test programs.
Maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
ERP systems and CAD tools.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, process optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies.
New Product Introduction (NPI) and production industrialization.
