About this Position

• As production Engineer, you would work closely with cross function team to drive.
  
• Production Process Optimization for Safety, Quality, Productivity.
  
• Production Standard Work & Training.
  
• Production Schedule Execution & Gap Closure.
  

What you´ll do

• Work with cross function team to identify the continuous improvement in production process and leading the improvement as time based.
  
• Development Production Standard Work & Organize Training to make sure compliance with requirements.
  
• Daily Review the production schedule execution to close gaps.
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor or above.
  
• >=3 years related working experience.
  
• Positive Work Attitude and can work under pressure.
  
• Result Orientation & Self-Learning Person.
  
• Familiar with Lean/Quality etc. Tool, 6 Sigma Certification would be better.
  
• Good at English, both in written & oral.
