Role Mission
The Production Engineer will provide technical support to manufacturing operations by ensuring production equipment and automated machinery run efficiently and reliably. The role is highly hands-on and focused on troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance coordination, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
What your responsibilities will be
• You will provide day-to-day technical and breakdown support to production teams and automated manufacturing equipment.
• You will troubleshoot machinery and production line issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• You will support operators remotely or on-site and assist in improving workflows and equipment usage.
• You will coordinate preventive maintenance activities, annual servicing, calibrations, and external contractor interventions.
• You will work closely with Procurement to ensure spare parts availability and timely maintenance planning.
• You will contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and engineering modifications across manufacturing operations.
• You will maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards.
Who you are ?
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Production Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to automated machinery and production equipment.
• Basic understanding of automation systems, PLCs, and computer networking.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, external contractors, and vendors.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
