Job Purpose:

• Responsible for Supervising the implementation of the department’s production plan while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the equipment at the lowest cost through the optimal use of resources and capabilities while maintaining the safety of the facility and individuals.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing the production plan and determine the resources required such as human resources, production supplies, raw materials, etc., to achieve the production plan efficiently and effectively.
• Follow up the implementation of the production plan to optimize the use of resources, machines and equipment.
• Develop self-maintenance plans for machines and prepare their models to reduce sudden breakdowns and upgrade the machines’ efficiency.
• Follow up the implementation of the machines’ periodic maintenance to increase availability and production rates.
• Review the daily production report, follow up the working group performance and make the weekly production report to analyze performance to upgrade the operations Sigma level and follow up the weekly O.E.E direction.
• Identify the reasons of deviation from achieving the goals and take the corrective actions to ensure the reduction of downtime and the continuation of the production process efficiently and effectively.
• Follow up and monitor operational indicators during work and direct employees to ensure that they do not exceed these indicators’ permissions.
• Assign tasks to the operation supervisors during shifts to ensure full coordination during implementation and achievement of the overall production and equipment effectiveness.
• Issue directions to the working group to apply the T.P.M and follow up the implementation of system's requirements and push for applying its items based on ongoing improvement.
• Identify the specifications of the required production machines and equipment to ensure reaching the highest level of quality and productivity while maintaining the lowest cost based on the Budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical production and Mechanical power Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with multifunctional/inter-departmental teams.
• Decision management skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and achieving the production plan.
• Skill of managing people.
