Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Production Engineer to be an integral part of our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage multiple projects.
• Thorough understanding of client project scope and specifications.
• Provide a team of drafters, checks and other with all information necessary to process pipe spool fabrication drawings for multiple fabrication facilities.
• Communicate and resolve with client any issues pertaining to questions/conflicts regarding scope, specifications, and client drawings.
• <="" span="">>span class="eop" data-redactor-span="true">
• Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Supervising manufacturing process to ensure quality work in a safe & efficient manner.
• collaborating with other engineers to develop plans of production improvement.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
• Establishing safety procedure that prioritize workers well -being and minimize the carbon footprint.
• Analyzing all facts of production and making improvement recommendations
• Obtaining necessary materials and equipment's.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: More than 5 Years of Experience in Oil & GAS
• Fabrication industry experience holder will be preferred
• Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word. JD Eda is preferred.
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
• Other Requirements: Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI. Familiarity with various metallurgies. Understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures.
