Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy to align with the company's business goals, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from production planning and scheduling to quality control and logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and train the manufacturing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance.
• Identify and implement modern manufacturing techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Work closely with other departments, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales, to ensure seamless operations and achieve company-wide objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing-related matters, providing clear and concise reports to senior management.
• Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel internationally as required to visit suppliers, attend industry conferences, or collaborate with overseas partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Extensive knowledge of modern manufacturing principles and practices.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and driving organizational change.
• Ability to build strong relationships, motivate a team, and handle conflicts effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
