We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Production Director
to lead and oversee production operations for a well-established company specializing in retail fit-out, joinery, interior solutions, and custom manufacturing projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budget requirements. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, joinery, fit-out production, and team management within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage all production and factory operations including joinery, fabrication, and manufacturing activities.
• 
  Develop and implement production strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• 
  Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
• 
  Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• 
  Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, design, and installation teams.
• 
  Monitor production costs, budgets, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
• 
  Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices within the production facility.
• 
  Manage and mentor production teams, supervisors, and technical staff.
• 
  Ensure all production activities align with client specifications and project requirements.
• 
  Handle vendor and supplier coordination related to production materials and machinery.
• 
  Prepare operational and production performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 
  Minimum 8–12 years of experience in production management, factory operations, or manufacturing leadership within the UAE.
• 
  Proven experience in retail fit-out, joinery, woodworking, or interior manufacturing industries.
• 
  Strong understanding of production workflows, machinery, materials, and quality control processes.
• 
  Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects and production deadlines simultaneously.
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 
  Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
• 
  Experience managing large-scale factory operations and production teams.
• 
  Strong commercial awareness and cost-control management.
• 
  Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
• 
  UAE driving license is an advantage.
