Job Title: Production Director (Agrochemical)

The Production Director is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and environmental standards. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, project management, and budget control to achieve the plant's operational objectives in alignment with the company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production operations to meet targets in terms of quality, quantity, and cost with a focus on production optimization.
• Control and coordinate with related departments such as Maintenance and Engineering to ensure continuous and efficient production processes.
• Manage and monitor production costs, including Factory Overhead, to align with budget plans and achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
• Manage capital expenditures (CapEx) in accordance with the Master Plan and organizational goals, closely monitoring implementation and results.
• Develop workforce strategies to build a capable team that supports business growth.
• Plan and manage large-scale projects in line with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Supervise shift work and 24-hour production operations to ensure continuity and emergency readiness.
• Promote a performance-oriented, efficient, and safety-driven workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in production/ manufacturing management preferred in continuous manufacturing environment would be advantage.
• Minimum 7 years in a managerial role overseeing production teams. with managing teams of 100200 people experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen principles is an advantage.
• Able to work on shifts and during holidays as required.
• Able to work under time constraints and high-pressure situations.
• Special Requirement: 
• Project management experience with a project value more than 10 million THB.
• Background working in 24-hour production and packaging environments.
• Available to work on shift / on holiday
• Available to work under pressure with time force
