Position Type: Full Time

Job Shift: DaySpecific Responsibilities:

  • Direct the production of print and digital publications, e-newsletters, websites, and related media products.
  • Maintain a high visual standard across publications, advertising, websites, marketing materials, and digital products.
  • Develop and execute editorial visual concepts and oversee publication design and pagination.
  • Coordinate production workflows and ensure timely completion of print and digital content, advertising, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Manage communication with printers and third-party vendors to obtain quotes, schedule production, and ensure on-time, error-free delivery of products.
  • Design, develop, and prepare advertisements, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and other creative assets for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all print and digital advertising, artwork, graphics, and content meet company, client, and vendor specifications.
  • Oversee website advertising, digital content placement, email newsletters, and related electronic products to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintain and organize shared electronic files, archives, and production systems using consistent filing and naming conventions.
  • Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, hardware, software, and related technology resources with vendor assistance when necessary.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of production-related equipment and supplies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, software platforms, and production best practices.
  • Assist with the maintenance of computer hardware and software registrations and related technology records.
  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise production personnel.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication within the department and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support organizational goals.
  • Participate in the Great Game of Business and support company initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards, including general workplace safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in print and digital publication production, graphic design, or a related media environment.
  • Proficiency with publishing, page layout, graphic design, photo editing, and digital content production software.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and visually compelling content under deadline-driven conditions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of website publishing, email marketing, video editing, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and effectively utilize production technology, computer systems, and related software.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing employees preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and adhere to company driving eligibility requirements, including proof of auto insurance.
  • Demonstrated alignment with company core values and ESOP culture.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of computers, monitors, phones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Frequent communication with employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
  • Ability to visually review publications, graphics, digital media, and detailed production materials.
  • Occasional local travel for meetings, events, vendor visits, or business needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
