KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development & Industrialization:
Follow all new
Yarn Developments
and monitor performance in my supplier.
Prepare and do negotiation with my supplier to get reasonable prices in all my catalogs twice a year.
Monitor the industrialization in my supplier to optimize their production process.
Quality:
Monitor Quality performance and data quality in my supplier.
Encourage and accompany my supplier to enhance the supplier's Quality system by quality control plan, Quality Audit, LAB Audit,....
Monitor and accompany my supplier to improve Human Responsible in Production & Environment management system.
Requirements
Have 3–5 years of experience in textile industry,
preferably in yarn manufacturing or yarn development
.
Communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese.
Demonstrate strong interest in sports and an active lifestyle.
Show strong technical curiosity, particularly in materials, machinery, process optimization, and energy efficiency.
Think openly and logically, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
