The Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Production Designer to bring Plotline’s brand to life across every touchpoint in our go-to-market motion. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce stunning visual assets — from social content and performance ads to pitch decks and event collateral. This is a hands-on production role with room to grow into brand leadership.
What You’ll Do
Own the design and production of marketing and sales assets:
Performance creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads)
Website graphics and landing page visuals
Email templates and banners
Presentation decks (sales demos, pitch decks, webinars)
Sales enablement material (case studies, one-pagers, guides)
Event branding (booth design, signage, swag)
Ensure everything produced aligns with Plotline’s brand system and voice
Adapt creative for different channels, formats, and audiences
Collaborate with Growth, Founders, and GTM teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns quickly
Maintain organized files, version control, and scalable design systems
Contribute to ongoing brand evolution as we scale
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience designing for marketing or sales in a fast-paced environment (preferably SaaS/B2B)
Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and digital marketing creatives
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to translate ideas and briefs into clean, high-converting visual assets
Experience designing for both web and print formats
Strong communication and project management skills
Bonus: Motion design (After Effects or similar), basic HTML/CSS, experience working with paid growth teams
Great communication, collaboration skills and stakeholder management

The platform provides powerful event-based targeting and user segmentation to target the right users and help them take the right action inside the app.
