Summary Description:
Work with the marketing team to create fresh, attractive, engaging marketing material based on existing brand standards, seeing them through from conception to print. Will report to the Design Director to ensure all assets are created with accuracy and that projects are completed as scheduled.
What will your day look like?
- Will coordinate all in-house printed materials: flyers, labels etc.
- - Able to run/operate a Cannon in-house production printer.
- Prepare all packaging mock-ups for retail sell in.
- - Requires printing, cutting and building package, display etc.
- Retouch all images, clip images out on all images from photo shoots.
- - Assist with photography when needed.
- Assist with overall marketing projects from concept to final printed pieces.
- - Lead designers will set the design, production designer will take the set design and design accordingly.
- Assist with design of sales collateral, promotional items, t-shirts, image requests, website graphics, packaging mock-ups, sales collateral, direct mail pieces, training materials, in-store merchandising, trade show materials, etc.
- Assist Packaging: day-to-day changes.
- Resizing and trafficking of advertisements for newspaper and national publications.
- Prepare projects for professional printers.
- Work with vendors to secure quotes for projects.
- Ensure production schedule for projects is on target and under budget.
- Potential Projects include:
- Image requests
- Packaging graphics – current product changes
- Retail Mock-Ups
- Print in-house items as necessary
- Merchandising materials – posters, banners, counter mats, etc.
- Promotional materials – hats, t-shirt designs
- Collateral materials – PR, Consumer fulfillment kit
- Website support – newsletters, story photos, copy updates, etc.
- Asset Library – organize images of products, etc.

QualificationsWhat will you bring to the table?
Education &

Experience:
- BS or BA in art/graphic design, fine art, or production
- 1-3 years as a professional graphic designer
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Figma and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Motion Design (After Effects and PremirePro (both Adobe), video editing and HTML Coding background a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be deadline driven in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present to all levels within the organization and successfully with vendors.
- Should be creative, confident, outgoing, able to work well under pressure and succeed within a fast-paced environment.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in graphic design and software knowledge.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds of material, boxes, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
