We invite a Production Department Manager to join our continuously growing TLT manufacturing group in Vilnius. As the manager of one of our production departments, you will lead the Plating Department and be responsible for its people, processes, performance, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Organize, oversee, and develop production processes, ensuring continuous operational efficiency and improvement;
• Ensure the efficient use of human, technical, energy, and other resources;
• Ensure that daily operations are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with LST EN ISO 9001, LST EN ISO 13485, LST EN ISO 14001, LST EN ISO 45001, and LST EN ISO 27001 standards;
• Represent the company during external audits;
• Conduct internal audits;
• Analyze departmental performance indicators and provide reports and improvement proposals to your direct manager.

What we expect from you:

• A higher education degree;
• At least 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing company;
• Strong data organization and analysis skills;
• Knowledge of LST EN ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
• Experience in Lean manufacturing management;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written;
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively.

Salary

In recognition of each candidate’s experience and expertise, we offer a competitive salary aligned with their skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges from EUR 20 to EUR 26 per hour (approximately EUR 3,360–4,368 per month) gross, depending on your experience and competence.
