320-Indirect Manufacturing

$20.83/hr - $26.04/hr Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum four (4) years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  3. Demonstrated advanced knowledge in minimum six (6) production line operations.
  4. Knowledge of Clean Room regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
  5. Ability to perform assembly work with small and detailed parts using a microscope, vision system, and/or other related automated equipment.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Understanding of basic mathematics, specifications, and percentages, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Capable of calculating basic indicators.
  8. Proficiency in using basic measurement techniques such as scales, rulers, and measurement systems, and understanding their care.
  9. Basic computer skills including MS Word and Outlook.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Experience in medical device assembly.
  2. Knowledge of techniques for conducting product quality assessments.
  3. Proactive and analytical.
  4. Familiar with management of a production line.
  5. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  6. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Physical

  1. Extended periods of sitting or standing.
  2. Moderate periods of computer use.
  3. Extended periods of working in a cleanroom or controlled environment, adhering to strict gowning and hygiene requirements.
  4. Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses), manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly work, including performing detailed tasks under a microscope for extended periods.
  5. Frequent use of arms, hands, fingers, and wrists for precision work (e.g., gripping, grasping, pinching, twisting, and pulling).
  6. Occasional bending, twisting, and reaching.
  7. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 15 lbs. frequently.
  8. May work with machinery and chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  9. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety glasses, and gowns, may be required in controlled environments.
