The Production Supervisor coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Supervisor demonstrates to customers and clients the company’s Here to Help® commitment. Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction of services.
  • Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities, report daily to the Project Manager/Production team
  • Perform initial inspections and assess scope, equipment, and approx. time for work needed to Project Manager, as requested.
  • Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, documenting in software (will train)
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
  • Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. Direction and assistance provided
  • Assist in training and directing team members in proper procedures; field work, proprietary software via iPad, equipment/vehicle care, and documentation.
  • Additional tasks as needed, while continuing to grow and develop within the company through training opportunities.
  • On-Call rotation and variable overtime required
Position Requirements
· Effective written and oral communication (Bilingual Preferred)
· Basic math skills
· Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
· High school diploma/GED
· IICRC certifications preferred but not required
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
· Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate DOE - Pay rate is negotiable based on experience - there are bonus opportunities and overtime on a regular basis.
