About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong.

The Production Cost Officer collects, analyses and reports on production cost and performance data, supporting cost-down initiatives and budget control for the production division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, store and manage production cost data; produce statistics.
• Analyse production efficiency data and track improvements.
• Run monthly stock counts for the production division.
• Manage and analyse production cost to support cost-down initiatives.
• Prepare, control and track the production-division budget.
• Manage production assets and the asset register.
• Manage raw-material withdrawals against work orders and related accounting entries.
• Collect and analyse production-division performance data; track KPIs and produce analysis reports.
• Support performance review calculations and verification.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Manufacturing-industry experience, ideally automotive or related.
• 1+ year in cost or accounting statistics.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking; agile, methodical execution.
• Able to work under pressure with high accountability.

What's on Offer

• Salary: THB 25,000 – 40,000 per month (negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)

Production Cost Officer รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และรายงานข้อมูลต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพการผลิต สนับสนุนการลดต้นทุนและควบคุมงบประมาณ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• รวบรวม จัดเก็บ และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลต้นทุนของฝ่ายผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และติดตามการปรับปรุง
• จัดทำและตรวจนับสต็อกประจำเดือนของฝ่ายผลิต
• บริหารและวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตเพื่อสนับสนุนการลดต้นทุน
• จัดทำ ควบคุม และติดตามงบประมาณของฝ่ายผลิต
• บริหารทรัพย์สินของฝ่ายผลิต และดูแลทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
• บริหารการเบิกวัตถุดิบตามใบสั่งผลิตและการบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านผลการปฏิบัติงาน (KPI) ของฝ่ายผลิต
• สนับสนุนการคำนวณและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต เน้นยานยนต์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านต้นทุนหรือสถิติทางบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ คล่องตัว และเป็นขั้นตอน
• ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง

สิ่งที่จะได้รับ

• เงินเดือน 25,000 – 40,000 บาทเดือน (พิจารณาตามความสามารถ)
• ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์–เสาร์)
