The Production Coordinator supports and coordinates operations within assigned areas by leading production personnel to ensure production schedules, quality expectations, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role facilitates communication of priorities, monitors operational performance, supports documentation accuracy, and assists with resource coordination to maintain production flow. Second Shift - M-Th, T-Fr, 4:00pm- 2:30am, on a Rotating Crew Schedule

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
The role requires occasional operation and interaction with manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and inspection equipment used to support production activities, including but not limited to textile processing, winding, attachment, cutting, labeling, weighing, sealing, cleaning, and general testing equipment.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply logical thinking, gather relevant information, and assist in resolving operational or documentation issues in accordance with established procedures and objectives.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic mathematical principles as required to support production activities, documentation accuracy, and material reconciliation.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
