Essential Functions:
• Essential Functions as outlined in Production Coordinator I.
• Assemble material together using an extrusion machine.
• Ability to perform tests on materials extruded.
• Meet the proficiency goals of all the areas and/or proficient at soldering components.
• Consistently performs work with high quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and understand R&D changes.
• May be involved in improvement activities.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous production experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Technical Proficiency: Competency to design tools/software and a foundation understanding of engineer principles for practical application.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify design challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues with guidance.
• Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate within teams, and convey ideas effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and adapt to project requirements and team dynamics.
• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze data, interpret specifications, and contribute to design solutions.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Physical Requirements (Sioux Falls Only): Required to sit, stand, and walk for up to 12 hours. Required to bend and reach above shoulder height. Required to lift/carry up to 55 lbs in EFD and up to 35 lbs in Aerostar. Required to push/pull up to 120 lbs in EFD and up to 35 lbs in Aerostar. Required to climb/use stairs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Outside of Sioux Falls: Jobs will be performed while sitting or standing. Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials, occasionally in difficult work positions. Occasional lifting of items not to exceed 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Working Conditions: A production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
