ABOUT THE POSITION

• Communicate with project stakeholders regarding project specifics and outcomes.
• Support in project planning and execution.
• Facilitate coordination, tasks management and oversight of project tasks and outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate project progress and delivery schedule.
• Monitor and report on artist performance and output quality.
• Carry out administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, creating invoices, and supporting in estimate.
• Coordinate Concept artist availability and cross-project allocation.
• Coordinate training plans and track artist development progress.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Art Producer and Production Manager efficiently in a timely manner.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Coordinator, Administrator, or Assistant roles within Project, Production, Operations, or Business functions
• Strong English proficiency with fluent communication, and solid skills in synthesizing, analyzing, and distributing information.
• Prior experience as a Coordinator/Assistant in Art Production / Game Development is a plus.
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for gaming, including hands-on gameplay experience, is a plus.
