Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)

Pay Range:

• $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support manufacturing operations through a variety of administrative and production support functions. This role is primarily office-based and focused on process documentation, training coordination, and production reporting rather than day-to-day floor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Ensure training records and training documentation are completed and kept current.
• Support production reporting, compare/consumption analysis, and data tracking.
• Maintain production records and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to support workflow and process improvements.
• Assist with training compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production scheduling, reporting, and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, planning, or coordination role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, training materials, or production documentation is preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
