We're looking for a senior production operator who can manage cross-client production workflows, absorb operational complexity quickly, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
This is not a junior coordinator role. The Production Coordinator exists to provide senior operational capacity across the department and reduce bottlenecks at the Production Lead level as client volume and production demands scale.
You'll execute wherever the department needs support most — managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, solving operational issues, and ensuring production work continues moving efficiently across multiple projects and clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, operationally mature, and capable of making strong decisions independently in fast-moving environments.
Coordinate production workflows across multiple active clients and projects
Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, contractors, and client contacts
Support onboarding and operational setup for new clients alongside the Production Lead
Provide additional production capacity as project volume scales
Support production requirements for Goop and other active accounts as directed
Identify blockers early and keep projects moving without requiring constant escalation
Improve workflows and operational organization across the department
Experience managing production workflows in agency, media, or content production environments
Strong operational judgment and independent decision-making ability
Comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects in fast-paced environments
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to execute proactively without constant direction
AI fluency and comfort using modern operational tools and systems
This role is best suited for someone who:
Takes ownership without needing reminders
Communicates proactively and escalates issues early
Thinks in systems, not just tasks
Stays calm under pressure and shifting priorities
Executes quickly while maintaining attention to detail
Enjoys building structure inside fast-moving environments
