Visionwood International LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Planning department. The role involves coordinating production activities, coordinating timely with procurement & store for raw material arrangement and supporting the Planning Team in maintaining efficient operations.

• As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Planning department, ensuring the smooth execution of production processes.
• Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily production progress, preparing reports, and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
• You will collaborate closely with the Planning Team, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure a seamless flow of materials and an efficient production schedule.
• This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who can effectively communicate and coordinate with various teams to achieve production goals.

• Monitor daily production progress and submit accurate reports to the Planning Manager/Engineer.
• Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules, identifying production gaps, and suggesting improvements.
• Prepare weekly production status reports, highlighting progress and critical priorities.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material delivery as per production plans.
• Liaise with suppliers to track material readiness and avoid production disruptions.
• Proactively escalate risks related to material shortages or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Verify and close daily Delivery Notes (DNs) for dispatched materials.
• Maintain an up-to-date production tracker with dispatch and delivery details.
• Support the Planning and QS Teams in updating records and preparing delivery summaries.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and management reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.
• Experience in coordinating with external suppliers is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
