Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Hillside, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. This position is responsible for administering the manufacturing orders process and reconciling manufacturing orders. This position will also assist with the accuracy of raw materials, finished goods, and label inventories.
The work schedule is 4:00 am - 12:30 pm
Availability to work weekends as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
Related Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry. Manufacturing experience and familiarity with production environments. Strong expertise in supply chain management and inventory control.
Equipment/Software Skills: Advanced experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Inventory Management System experience, preferred.
Competencies:
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant, including walking and climbing up/downstairs and ladders (portable, fixed). Must have be ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell, and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal, and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
