The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a Production Controller, you will play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our Stores and GuestsAs the primary facilitator of the business, you will help to educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results You willmonitor plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balancedIn partnership with key leadership and support teams, ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments. Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddlesAdditionally, you willparticipate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impactKPIs

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills

• Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict

• Basic PC skills

• Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility

• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
