Production Controller, Manufacturing Operations

The Role
As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure manufacturing schedules are met efficiently and on time. You will play a critical role in monitoring workflows, material availability, and production floor execution while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your efforts will directly support smooth operations, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Requirements

You Will

• Plan, release, and maintain production schedules to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines

• Monitor production workflows and material flow on the production floor to ensure alignment with plans

• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve scheduling or material constraints

• Track production progress and identify risks or bottlenecks impacting output

• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, inventory status, and production data

• Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and issues clearly to stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow efficiency

Must Have

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments

• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving production issues

• Fluency in ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material management

• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 + Equity
