We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Support to support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production flow and timely issue resolution. This role works closely with both Production and Engineering teams, focusing on operator training, routine failure analysis, production control, and supporting engineering activities including New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production and engineer in daily basis.
• Performs set up of processing equipment. Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Routine FA and disposition
• Control production to meet output target
• Support engineering request, NPI

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Associate with electronic Optical Technology, Physics, or related field, minimum High school or Vocational certificate. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in wire bonding process.
• Experience performing detailed work under a microscope.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office and basic English for data record and failure analysis.
