Provide Production Control Management support for effort that covers depot level technical support for the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) Systems Center Restoration Depot, Code 40 Fleet Installation, Engineering, and Logistics.
The effort is comprised of jointly maintaining and operating a restoration depot for the fabrication, restoration, repair, overhaul, and calibration of electro-mechanical and mechanical shipboard, ground, and airborne assemblies, subassemblies, and test equipment to provide worldwide technical support to Government agencies, Fleet and Shore facilities. Depot level performance includes Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) verification checkout; C4ISR testing and repair; C4ISR system level training; Automatic Test Equipment (ATE); and Technical Performance Standards (TPS) development and upgrades.
Required Skills and Experiences:
4 yrs or other relevant experience in the production management of items/units in an Electronic Servicing or Electronic Manufacturing environment. Experience in scheduling and developing metrics for management. Experience in interfacing with Warehousing Personnel, Production Technicians and Engineers to solve delays and impediments in meeting production goals.
Degree Requirements:
HS; Associate's Degree in Business Management; Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management; Operations Management and Supervision; Logistics Management; or Quality Control Management.
