
The Production Control II role is responsible for ensuring efficient management of production schedules, addressing material shortages, supporting interdepartmental collaboration, and overseeing external service processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage production-related issues, and continuous communication with various departments to ensure that production flows smoothly and that any challenges are resolved in a timely and effective manner. This role is key in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of operations, driving improvements, and supporting the overall success of production projects.
This is a temporary position employed through an agency.
Production Problem Resolution
Manage Part Shortages o Monitor and track material shortages that may impact production schedules. Report material shortages to the Production Control Supervisor and key stakeholders
ERP Schedule Coordination o Collaborate with the planning department to ensure the ERP system generates an accurate production schedule.
MIR Operations Accuracy o Work with planning and quality departments to ensure MIR operations are accurate and compliant with standards.
Lean Product Flow Improvement:
Manage OSP Requests and Improvements: o Oversee and track OSP (Outsourced Processes) requests, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
Engineering Collaboration for Design and Drawing Releases: o Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely drawing releases and the integration of design improvements.
Cross Departmental Communication: o Maintain open lines of communication with logistics, quality, program management, and other departments to keep all stakeholders informed of project details, progress, and potential issues.
Other Duties as Assigned: o Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production Control Supervisor, in alignment with departmental goals

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an aerospace production environment. Vocational and technical schooling preferred.

Physical Requirements
The expected WA salary range for this position is between $56,000.00- $77,000.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
