We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Production Control team. In this vital role, you will keep our manufacturing operations moving smoothly by managing daily inventory, coordinating service orders, and bridging communication between our production and quality teams. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in an organized warehouse environment, we would love to have you on board.

A. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Conduct accurate daily counts of all finished goods every morning and promptly log them into our production spreadsheet.
• System Updates: Reconcile and input month-end inventory adjustments into the ERP system based on your daily tracking.
• Order Preparation: Pick, label, and stage service part orders a full week ahead of their shipping deadlines to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Product Preservation: Carefully identify, organize, and store partial boxes left after picking to prevent any product damage or deterioration.
• Team Collaboration: Proactively communicate any part shortages found during staging to the Production Manager, Production Scheduler, and Customer Service teams so we can resolve them before the ship date.
• Quality Assurance: Alert quality auditors and the QA team as soon as service orders are fully prepared and complete.
• Operational Support: Adapt to changing production needs by assisting with other related tasks as requested by management.

B. What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

• Safety First: Successful completion of a certified lift truck safety course.
• Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong Organization: A natural ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Quality & Safety Mindset: A solid understanding of lift truck safety, industry-standard forms/labels, and key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures.
