Join our Raymond Team as a Production Control Analyst!
The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Production Control Analyst who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring order accuracy and on time delivery to support our Muscatine production, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing stock and carrying costs by following established standards and guidelines.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve supply issues, and promote a customer-supplier partnership relationship
- Order Management: Generate purchase orders, track order statuses, and expedite deliveries as necessary to prevent production delays.
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as procurement, logistics, production planning, and quality assurance to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain
- Experience working in a high-paced manufacturing environment
What Sets You Apart:
- Familiarity with JDE & SAP
- Comfortable with Excel formulas and data analytics
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility - ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $50,980 - $65,355 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
