Hours: 6:30PM-6:30AM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule!

Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour!

🎉 This position is eligible for a $3,000 Bonus!

$1,500 at 3 Months!

$1,500 at 6 Months!

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and organized Production Clerk to join our team. This role will support the Production Supervisor by managing critical production data, integrating with our accounting system to update and reconcile records, monitoring staffing and line status, creating labels, tracking production output and conducting in-depth analysis of operational results. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical abilities, experience with accounting software, and the capability to identify and resolve discrepancies in reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize accounting systems, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate and analyze production metrics, including quantities produced, materials used, scrap rates, defect frequency, and departmental production rates.
  • Maintain, update, and reconcile production and inventory records within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with physical counts.
  • Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in production or financial data to the Production Supervisor, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned production areas, ensuring seamless workflow and timely updates.
  • Monitor and track production progress, delivering real-time updates to support operational efficiency.
  • Perform data entry and routine clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Generate production labels and assist in maintaining accurate product data.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals and improve operational outcomes.

  • Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience, with proven ability to work with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds without restriction.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
