Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for submitting employee attendance data and reporting attendance anomalies. Conduct daily production morning meetings to disseminate company policies, production tasks, operational requirements, and safety precautions. Coordinate production resources within the line, execute various production tasks, promptly respond to adjustments in production plans,合理安排 personnel (arrange personnel reasonably), and collaborate with other lines to achieve production targets. Monitor daily production progress, conduct spot checks during line inspections to ensure employees adhere strictly to the work instructions, promptly report and address production anomalies to ensure timely completion of production plans. In case of inability to meet the plan due to anomalies on the same day, promptly inform the production supervisor for necessary production plan coordination. Ensure the achievement of the company's quality objectives, propose effective improvement measures when quality issues arise, and prevent the recurrence of defects. Manage tools and equipment within the line, conduct regular inspections to confirm the usage status of production equipment and tools, and ensure their proper functioning. Complete and update relevant form records on time daily (e.g., input actual working hours into SAP, input yield rate reports, update production-related reports, etc.), and prepare and record production reports and relevant data forms when necessary. Promptly take effective measures to control and immediately report any anomalies or emergencies encountered during work to prevent them from escalating. Implement the department's personnel performance evaluation system, be responsible for boosting employee morale and skills, and assist in evaluating and assessing employees' work skills.
