What You'll Do

  • Package, weigh, and band materials from production lines
  • Assist machine operators and support quality production
  • Follow safety protocols and customer packaging standards
  • Read and understand production orders and materials
  • Operate banding tools and handle small parts
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift materials as needed
  • Good hand-eye coordination and basic math skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
  • Must be open to working any shift or rotation as needed
  • Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail

Shift Schedule

  • 12-hour shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Some shift rotation may be required based on production needs
