We are currently in search of a Production Associate. This position is responsible for processing and reworking
approximately 17,000 production kits to support BLE Gateway and Controller
certification marking updates and FOB battery replacement requirements. This is a 10-12 week assignment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Unpack kits from shipping
  containers.
  
• Remove existing tie straps
  from kit for components processing.
  
• Replace FOB batteries
  according to work instructions.
  
• Transfer units to
  End-of-Line (EOL) station for certification laser re-marking update.
  
• Reassemble and secure kits
  with new tie straps.
  
• Repack completed kits into
  shipping containers for distribution.

Required Qualifications:

• High
  school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  
• 3-5
  years related experience and/or training.
  
• Any
  equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Basic math
  skills.
  
• Basic computer
  skills.
  
• Basic
  understanding of warehouse and production workflow and procedures
  including SAP.
  
• Basic
  knowledge of and ability to perform manual and automated assembly.
  
• Ability
  to comprehend both verbal and written instructions.
  
• Ability
  to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.

  The base pay range for this role is between $39,000 and
  $44,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications,
  experience, and location.
