We are seeking a committed and well-organized Production Associate in Tetouan, Morocco, to support the Production Department.
As a Production Associate, you will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Production Department. You will support purchasing activities and the creation and follow-up of purchase requisitions (PRs), prepare production documentation such as SOPs and OPLs, consolidate information, and coordinate the administrative activities required by the department.
You will coordinate outsourced manpower requirements for Production, communicate with the relevant stakeholders, follow up on attendance and availability where applicable, and help ensure that manpower support is aligned with production needs. You will also assist with site-wide production requirements, including auxiliary equipment, production assets, IICI-related activities, and other support requested by the Production or Analytics teams.
You will coordinate production-related audits, inspections, and visits by preparing the required information, organizing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, following up on actions, and supporting the readiness of the relevant production areas.
You will perform assigned tasks and projects while complying with legal and JTI Environment, Health and Safety requirements. You will follow safety instructions and control measures, participate in required training, report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe behaviours, and adhere to the company’s Environment, Health and Safety, Energy, and Quality policies, processes, and operating standards.
1–3 years of relevant experience in production support, process analysis, manufacturing administration, coordination, or a similar factory-support role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and customs-related fields.
