Position: Production Associate
Location: Henderson, KY
Wage: $28.51/hr
Shift: Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

While reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, the following job description outlines the essential functions of each level of role within the department. The following lists are not exhaustive, and the employee in each of these roles is expected to assume any and all duties assigned by management irrespective of whether such duties are specifically included in the following.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed

  • Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery

  • Prepares, inspects, or measures raw materials

  • Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work

  • Packages, stores, and ships completed goods

  • May provide training or guidance to new production workers

  • Performs work under general supervision.

  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff

  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter

  • May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group

  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Technical expertise

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Attentiveness

  • Ability to understand and follow directions

  • Ability to lift/move heavy objects

  • Manual dexterity
