Job Description

At Daniels Health, we're proud to support healthcare facilities by providing innovative medical waste solutions that help keep people safe. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our close-knit production team in East Troy.

This is more than just an assembly role. You'll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly by building medical waste containers, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and helping our drivers and production team meet customer needs every day.

What will your job involve?

  • Assemble and prepare medical waste containers for customer use
  • Inspect, organize, and process incoming containers and materials
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Move products and materials throughout the facility
  • Operate forklifts and hand trucks after training and certification
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and trailers
  • Secure shipments using strapping, bracing, and protective materials
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail
  • Support drivers and teammates with daily operational needs
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
