Job Description

Production Assistants collaborate closely with Photographers and the Inbound Team and play a key role in supporting ZALORA’s day-to-day studio operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and dependable, performs well under pressure, and can consistently meet tight deadlines.

Daily tasks include:

  • Perform image tethering at the Production Station using Adobe Lightroom.
  • Support day-to-day inbounding operations and studio workflow.
  • Prepare apparel, footwear, and accessories for photoshoots (steaming/organizing as needed).
  • Maintain and update files, trackers, and production records accurately.
  • Name, organize, and archive digital assets following established file conventions.
  • Mark up images with clear, detailed notes to support the retouching team.
  • Assist with overall inbound and outbound tasks as required.
  • Support the Styling team by managing pullout inventory and assisting during social media and marketing shoots.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
  • Knowledge of photography is a plus.
  • Computer Literate
