Key Responsibilities

As our newest Production Team Member, you'll jump into an exciting variety of tasks that keep our operation running smoothly:

• Bring your basic understanding of manufacturing practices & food safety requirements to ensure we maintain our stellar reputation
• Apply your basic production skills or equivalent experience to hit the ground running
• Get hands-on processing products using both manual techniques and machinery, then expertly pack them into containers ready for weigh price labelling
• Master the art of picking stock for store allocation, ensuring our retail locations never run short
• Take ownership of raw material stock management, keeping everything organized and accessible
• Champion a safe, clean and well-organised working environment that everyone can be proud of
• Develop your quality control skills by identifying inferior products and confidently escalating concerns to your Team Leader and Supervisor
• Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by following and complying with all applicable health and safety procedures
