The Production Operator is responsible for preparing all production lines and areas (including Fresh Milk) to ensure readiness for operations. The role ensures strict adherence to all procedures, including aseptic technology requirements (where applicable), while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost, reliability, and productivity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Prepare and set up all production lines and areas, including Fresh Milk, ensuring readiness for efficient operations.

  • Execute and comply with all required procedures, including aseptic processes where applicable.

  • Perform cleaning and sanitation activities in line with established standards and protocols.

  • Monitor and control production processes and equipment parameters to ensure optimal performance.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and productivity standards at all times.

  • Identify and escalate any deviations or issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Minimum of 5 O’Levels, including Mathematics and English.

  • Computer literate, with the ability to navigate basic systems and tools.

  • Valid Food Badge certification.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
