
Production Assistant | Join LMG’s Live Events Operations Team

Schedule: Full Time | Office & Event Support

Pay: $17.95 – $26.61/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
EventEQ is seeking a Production Assistant to provide essential behind-the-scenes support for live events. This role is critical to keeping productions organized, accurate, and on track by supporting quoting, documentation, billing, scheduling, and communication across teams. Support quoting opportunities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and profitability
Implement requested changes from Account Executives and route updates to internal teams
Request, track, and process client documentation including COIs, terms and conditions, and credit requests
Collect and properly file signed quotes, tax exemption certificates, and required paperwork
Track deposits and ensure compliance with published procedures
Partner with Account Executives to complete final invoicing on time
Monitor Technical Prep List (TPL) and List of Labor (LOL) deadlines
Send reminders and escalate missed deadlines when needed
Ensure crew schedules and documentation are posted to the Show Portal
Verify quoted equipment and labor accuracy in collaboration with Account Executives
Assist with reviewing technician expense reports and approving or rejecting billing items
Monitor Open Quote Reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth event execution
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset
Comfort working with deadlines and time sensitive information
Familiarity with event production or operations is a plus
