The Production Assistant role is an entry point for engineering graduates into plant operations and management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in refinery or crushing operations, with opportunities to work across ADM’s diverse product lines and locations.
This role provides exposure to plant leadership, troubleshooting, and continuous operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, progressing to full responsibility for a workgroup, often on rotating shifts within the first year.
