Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Following production books to build a variety of mechanical flowmeters according to work orders.
  • Calibration of meters on water and oil calibration stands.
  • Using a computer to log in and out of Jobs.
  • Help repair returned products.
  • Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized, and clearly communicating with other staff.
  • All other related duties as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency is using basic hand assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or similar.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of mechanical products.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 30lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time.
  • Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time. Focusing on small components for extended period of time.
  • Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment.
