At AW-Lake, we specialize in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of precision flow meters and flow measurement solutions. We have a comprehensive portfolio of flow measurement instruments that can be found in diverse applications and industries around the world, such as oil and gas, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, water and wastewater, and many others. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Following production books to build a variety of mechanical flowmeters according to work orders.
• Calibration of meters on water and oil calibration stands.
• Using a computer to log in and out of Jobs.
• Help repair returned products.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized, and clearly communicating with other staff.
• All other related duties as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency is using basic hand assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.
• Problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or similar.
• 3-5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of mechanical products.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 30lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time.
• Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time. Focusing on small components for extended period of time.
• Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment.
