The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to produce high-quality products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a criminal background and employment verification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random employment drug screens.
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
Reads and follows job task card, routers, specifications and other instructions in order to build and assemble parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion.
Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together in relationship to each other in accordance with the process manual and work order instructions.
Maintains department standards for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Follows all established safety procedures including wearing required PPE and maintaining 5S standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to work overtime.
Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50lbs or less.
Ability to perform occasional to frequent bending and reaching.
