We are currently hiring for Production Assembly in our Lafayette, IN facility. Job tasks include assembly of made-to-order and custom semi-truck parts and accessories, quality inspection, packaging, boxing, and preparing parts for shipment.

• The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products.
• Complete assembly tasks according to the work instructions; this requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.
• Achieves set production goals.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Leverages Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

Education and Experience:
