Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Production & Flow Coordinator Think of this role as preventative maintenance for our repair pipeline. You will oversee vehicle flow from blueprint to delivery, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies before they impact cycle times or quality. You'll work closely with Repair Planners, Technicians, Parts Coordinators, and leadership to keep the shop running proactively rather than reactively. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship building skills, strong operational awareness , a positive attitude, and the ability to bring people together around common goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Production & Flow Management: Schedule daily shop activities to balance workloads; ensure vehicles are properly staged and prioritized for continuous workflow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring delays, implement Lean production principles, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Repair Planning Support: Partner with Repair Planners to verify parts availability, validate repair readiness, and catch hidden damage risks early.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a direct resource for technicians, bridging communication gaps between departments to keep everyone aligned. Foster a positive, solutions-focused culture centered on teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Metrics & Quality: Track key performance indicators (cycle time, touch time, WIP) and perform operational audits to maintain strict quality standards and Identify trends.

Working Conditions

  • Exposure to typical shop elements (fumes, dirt, chemicals, noise, fluctuating temperatures, and equipment hazards).

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the collision repair industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of collision repair processes, blueprinting, parts management, and production flow.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with shop management/tracking systems.
  • Traits: Proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and comfortable challenging inefficient processes.
  • License: Valid driver’s license required.
