Purpose and main priorities of the role:

The Production and Capacity Planner will be part of the Order Fulfilment team and will collaborate with various functions such as Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain for daily activities, with a specific focus on slitting operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule slitting machines in line with service objectives defined by Supply Chain (OTIF and OTD).
• Support shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines.
• Coordinate handling of finished products, semi-finished products, including through external providers.
• Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at optimizing service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management.
• Update and monitor KPI reporting according to company standards.
• Interface with Customer Service for order confirmations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
• Supporting immediate responses to external requests, commercial, supply chain, and operations, through the use and development of production planning tools.
• Supporting inventory accuracy, stock analysis.
• Identifying bottlenecks between industrial and commercial product planning, ensuring consistency with communicated forecasts, identifying potential issues, and promptly reporting expected impacts.

Who we are looking for:

• You possess a high level of knowledge and experience in analysis, supply chain planning or production planning;
• You have bachelor’s in economics, Engineering or similar;
• You are an excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills for building strong relationships with internal and external functions (spoken and written);
• You show accountability, engagement, and high motivation at work;
• You can build customer loyalty and foster a customer-centric team environment;
• Strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions of the plant;
• Strong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility;
• You are proficient in English.
